    It isn't that he can't stand the scent....he wants it so badly but can't have it because it comes from her blood....That is why he is in so much pain.

    Hes in pain because he wants to kiss her but he cant fully give her a kiss because hes afraid of losing control an hurting her..I think he does a great job...
